Chelsea met her husband Josh while he was vacationing in her home state of Florida. She later relocated to the Yuba City Area.

While still in Florida, she attended the Aveda Institute in Tallahassee.

Chelsea has a passion for and specializes in make-up application and hair styling for special occasions. She loves color application and is a true artist with balayage.
